Geocache Description:

The cache is a Nano aka (Blinky) the Ground is paved and you can reach it in a Wheel chair you just can't reach the cache from a Chair.

this cache was Placed in the newest Park in Council Bluffs this location was the Site of the Car Barn,Offices and Power Plant for the Trolley cars in Council Bluffs, After the System was Closed down the barn was Used by the City Buses for Quite awhile. the Buildings where Torn down in 1999 and 2005. Most of this infomation came from the Book O&CB Streetcars of Omaha and Council Bluffs By Richard Orr.
This is the First of a Series of caches with this theme.
