Please do not destroy the brush. This is home to alot of wildlife in the park. No bushwacking needed the grassy trail cuts through the treeline then walk like the "Little People". Cache is a plastic container. Mosquitos & ticks possible.
Cherokee legends speak of "Little People" or "Yundi Tsundi". They are a race of Spirits who make their homes in forests and caves. They are small, mystical elf-like beings. Their hair is so long it almost touches the ground.
They are very helpful, kind-hearted, but they like to play tricks. They help those that are lost. They love music and spend most of their time drumming, singing and dancing. "Little People" play in their tree and dance in the moonlight. They can assume shapes and use magic. They are here to teach lessons about living in harmony with nature.
When you are in the woods and you see something, and you look, but it is not what you really thought it was or if you are fishing and you feel something on the end of your line and you think it is the biggest fish ever, but when you pull it in all it is, is a stick that got tangled on your hook, that is the "Little People". They play tricks to make you laugh and keep you young at heart.
