This is a ? cache because originally it required a picture upload. Now GC no longer accepts that idea, but the local reviewer we asked to change the cache type doesn't want to because he says some cachers are fanatic about tracking such things as type of cache done.
Looks like FlynSunshine is FTF, yay!
