Geocache Description:

From here you can almost touch Scotland, can be boggy in wet weather but a nice 10 min stroll to cache site with some fantastic views of the estuary. WELLINGTONS RECOMMENDED if it’s wet!

Situated on the North West Coast of Cumbria with beautiful views of the coast, estuary and Scotland. not far from an old lookout post looking out onto the Solway Firth. Parking available on a tight bend for a few cars at Netters corner (see Waypoint) and can be approched from either side of cache location with a short walk along the coast line from neighbouring village Drumburgh. The cache container is a small screw top container with a few swaps. The cache can get rather overgrown in summer, but do be careful of barbed wire in the area. You don’t need to climb over anything.
