This is where the original Little America was located.
This is where the original Little America was built. There was a fire there, and one of the buildings burned. In 1948 I believe they started building in the current location, and they also moved some of the other buildings from the original spot that we still have here today. This current location opened in the early 1950’s – when it was still Highway 30, and I-80 wasn’t around yet.
