Geocache Description:

*NOTE* *THIS CACHE CAN NOT BE FOUND IN 5 MINUTES* Please plan accordingly!

Fear not - or should you?

Most people have both rational and irrational fears - fear of death, close spaces, spiders, snakes, mice.  The list goes on and on.  Geocaching sometimes forces one to confront those fears.  This little series is no exception.

Now I'm not saying that you'll have to climb down into a pit of vipers or scale the face of a cliff ... but you might.

Nor am I saying that poisonous arachnids, insects or other nasty little vermin will be lurking nearby ... but they could be.

What is hiding in that hole?

What or whom do YOU fear?

DISCLAIMER:  Cache owner does not in any manner direct or indirect endorse or otherwise promote rash or dangerous behavior.  The juxtaposition of certain unforeseen events over the course of a "cache hunt" are not the responsibility of said cache owner.  Furthermore, natural events and/or the presence of natural inhabitants cannot be predicted with any regularity.  Cache hunters are responsible for discerning conditions and acting appropriately.  Cache owner is not responsible for any injury of any type that could possibly occur as a result of the cache hunt.  In short, cache at your own risk.

Located in Steele Creek Park.  Please visit the park webpage or the Friends of Steele Creek website for more information. Here is a direct link to their trail maps.  It's a super park.

Number eleven in the series will have you crawling through the brush.  Head up the Quarry Cave Trail and go almost to the end.  Bushwhacking will be involved.  Cache is a quart-size, round tin appropriately adorned and stocked with themed material.  Coordinates are accurate within 15 feet.  Each cache also contains a clue to the location of the final cache in the series (sometimes on the underside of the lid).  Don't forget to write it down or conquer your fear a second time you must.  Please place back as good or better than you found it so that others can have the same fear factor "experience".
