Geocache Description:

MSOE athletic field

The coords put you within 10 feet each of two different plaques.
A = Subtract the year William died from the year the walkway was constructed
B = Number of Months between the placement of the placement of the 2 plaques
C = What ward was this?
D = Subtract the year William became Commissioner from the year he became Chairman

Add A to the last digit of the north component
Subtract B from the last digit of the west component
Cache is at new coords.
