This is a front yard cache. You don't need to pass the gate to find
it.
It will be pretty easy to find unless you go right after Coconino
High School gets out. There aren't many people on the street
otherwise. But you do need to be pretty stelthy if you don't want
to disturb the dogs. They won't jump over the fence if they do come
out. Most of the summer the front door is open so they can come out
whenever. In the winter it's a lot easier to spot. But stlethyness
will help you greatly.
