I had to change the area of the cache and the container. Portland Parks imposed new rules on us evil cacher's and the easiest way to conform was to move it just outside their jurisdiction. The new container is a NANO hidden at the dead end street. There is access to the park from here also, or park in their parking lot and walk outside the park to make the find. This can be a high muggle area, especially in the summer and nice days. If its too busy to make a quick find, read the hint. This is a kid friendly place so come and stay awhile.
