You are looking for a bison tube, small one. You do not have to leave the sidewalk to find this one, so don't go looking in our yard (you'll never find it there). The wife says you can hunt this one after dark as it is zoned residential/commercial. Bring your own pen. If were home and see you we may come out and say Hi.
5-16/08 Increased the difficulty to 3 as we've had to give out many a hint. Although thats not all bad as we've met several cachers for the first time. If we're not home you can log a "Did Not Find" and I'll e-mail you a hint. Or you could do the eight or so caches in Damascus and if you complete them all you will have the knowledge you need to find this one.
