It is close to several TRI MET bus stop so if you ride the #9 or the #75 bus it will take you right there, and parking isn't an issue.
This is a very busy intersection, especially during afternoon rush hour when Powell Blvd is more like a parking lot then a road. You do not need to leave the sidewalk to find this one. Watch out for muggles as their can be lots depending on time of day, and put it back where you found it for the next person. I updated this one, same kind of theme as before except no tools should be needed to do this one, just pull the end off (make sure its the right end, or was it the left).
