6/1/08 The original cache went missing after about 400 finds in 2 days and is now a plastic container.
Six new ammo can caches were conveniently placed in conjunction with the Geowoodstock VI Mega-event in nearby Wheatland for the "Card" run, in which cachers can collect playing cards at each cache. These cards (donated by a nearby casino with a geo-friendly name) can then be exchanged for raffle tickets (at the Information booth before 3:30PM on 5/24/08). Four caches (Spades, Clubs, Hearts and Diamonds) were placed in public space near Wheatland, and will remain active caches after the festivities have concluded. Two caches (Corny and Burpee) are temporary caches at the event venue and will be available during Saturday only. Each cacher should take only one card from each cache and redeem it as early as possible in order to maximize winnings, since raffle drawings will be held throughout the day.
Originally it was a standard large ammo can which contains a log book, some trade items and the playing cards. This cache contains diamonds, numbered 2 thru 10 and were donated by a local casino.
