Placed in memory of our beloved pet Buster, an English Springer Spaniel. This cache has been placed with approval of the DNR. There is a picture of Buster taken with a travel bug on the logbook.
This wildlife area was one of his favorite places to come explore and swim. The area is called Morse Lake and is located 3 miles west of Belmond. The area is open to hunting, so wear bright colors during hunting season. Pheasants and geese nest nearby in the spring. Be careful not to disturb them. During certain times of the year, there can be several people fishing nearby. Please practice cache in and trash out.
The cache is a sample tube. It is a small cache and there is only room for the smallest of trade items.
