To solve this puzzle you will firstly need to understand what a triomino is. Save vs. intelligence to proceed.
A Triomino is a triangle with a digit on each edge. For this puzzle the digits can take a value of 0,1,2 or 3. The value of the triomino is the sum of the 3 edges, in this case a value from 0 to 9.
A set of triominos comprises one of each combination of edges. So the triomino with a value 0 has edges 0-0-0 and value 9 has edges 3-3-3. There exists at most 3 triominos for each possible value from 0 to 9.
Your first task is to determine the total set of triominos. You are looking for 20 of them. Now at this stage you may think aha, we are required to stick these onto an icosahedron! Close, except for the fact that this is impossible. (Feel free to try however) However if we exchange the 0-2-3 triomino for another 1-2-2 triomino then a solution is possible. In fact many, many solutions are possible. However for this puzzle we are considering the arrangement as shown below, the numbers in the centres of each triangle are the values of the triomino.

The values of of a to j are:
a=0; b=3; c=l+m+n; d=k+r+s; e=q+l; f=5; g=5; h=t+o; i=p+q+r; j=l+m+r+o.
The values of k to t are the edge values between two particular triomino values. k is the edge between 4 & 7; l is 7 & 8; m is 8 & 6; n is 5 & 4; o is 5 & 5; p is 0 & 2; q is 5 & 9; r is 2 & 6; s is 1 & 4; t is 3 & 6.
The final treasure is a small black systema . Please note you will need a high dexterity, constitution and possibly strength to retrieve the cache. A low intelligence and particularly low wisdom will also help. Alternatively use your high charisma to convince someone else to retrieve it.
