Willowdale State Forest offers trail-use opportunities on 40 miles of trails and fishing and boating on 100 acre Hood Pond. There are no developed recreational facilities at the Forest, which exists as two separate parcels divided, by Route 1. The eastern block of the Forest abuts Bradley Palmer State Park and the Ipswich River.

Some trails will bring you close to the cache. The container is a 9”x6”x3” Lock ‘n Lock box. It was initially stocked with a wooden yo-yo, an Olympics Pin, a 7 in 1 survival compass, a packet of money, a RickAnn Signature piece, 1 Travel Bug, a Geocoin, and a FTF (To be shared with owner) prize. Please limit swaps to good trade items, Travel Bugs and Geo coins. Travel Bugs may also come and go on occasion. This is an easy walk through the woods. Be careful of muggles, ticks and mosquitoes, especially in the summer. Enjoy the many trails in the area. Have fun.

Please use caution when hunting and replacing a cache. A muggled cache could lead to the loss of Travel Bugs or Geocoins. Be wary of your surroundings.

Congrats to Travishuman for the ftf.
