annakido: This was a guardrail cache placed as a "dig" on all of the nanos that were being placed in the area at one time...it keeps disappearing though and some have complained that it is less than safe to retrieve, what with traffic whizzing by in close proximity. Contraindicative to the name, this is NOT a nano. There are a lot of those planted about already and I don't need to be adding to them. There are prolific nano placers that have that category covered. Though, I must admit, there are some places where only a nano will do. This is also NOT UNDER THE BRIDGE, or on it...it is not permitted to be.
This is sort of a Park-n-Grab, but DO NOT PARK ON THE BRIDGE, there really is no room. If one chooses to try it that way it is at one's own risk; don't nearly get struck by a moving vehicle and then whine in the posting that the location is dangerous.
As insinuated by the name, this geocache is hidden at a spot on the border of Winona. The quickest access is to drive down to Latsch Island and park under the bridge (or thereabouts) and take the Dolomite Limestone stairs up (for more on Dolomite and it's origins, check out "Winona's Subterranian Slug-fest", and Earthcache by DOC).
The "handicap accessible" route is to park across the bridge in Winona and cross the bridge.
Since this is a handicapped-accessible cache, do not search where a wheelchair could not go.
You are seeking a camo-tape covered larger prescription-style pill bottle, large enough for geocoins and trades of that type (wooden nickels, coin-type momentos, swag that is relatively flat).
Since this is in a new location previous finders can log it again.
