Cache is a magnetic key box, hidden in a historic location. Bring your own pen, and say "hi" to any city staff you meet. They know about the cache, but don't bother asking them for hints; I've told them not to supply any.
This cache is hidden in front of the Wheatland Fire Department, with full permission from the city. It is a replacement for this cache which was archived after being removed by the police.
