Geocache Description:

The Greasy Ridge Cache Explosion is a series of caches along Greasy Ridge in Lawrence County, OH. This is the fifth cache of eight in this series. This hide is at the memorial for the old Locust Grove Church. The cache is not on the cemetery grounds.

Greasy Ridge (Co. Rd. 2) runs from its junction at Rt. 243 in Bradrick to its terminus at the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Greasy Ridge. This is a very scenic and historic route, which runs along some of Lawrence County’s highest ridges.

This cache is hidden about 5 feet into the wooded area to the right of the monument. You're looking for a large peanut butter jar covered with green duct tape.
