Lest We Forget - Thornhill, Stirlingshire Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Geo-Gophers: Went to do a maintenance visit on this one, only to find that it's gone yet again. Looks as though the gardener had been doing a bit of tidying up near GZ and some parts of the fence look quite freshly painted. However this is the third time that this cache has gone AWOL, so it's time for it to go.

Geocache Description:

Continuing the "Lest We Forget" series of caches.

Thornhill's war memorial stand's at the crossroads in the village. As well as remembering the locals who perished in WWI & WWII it also has a reference to a local man who died in Palastine 1948.

There is limited on street parking by the memorial. A fair bit of stealth is needed as there are houses on both sides of the memorial.

The cache is a magnetic nano, so please bring a pen/pencil with you.
