I placed this cache in the heart of Gretna. I rated this harder because not telling you what it is. I want to make you have to look for it. Getting to it will be easy, but finding it is part of logging it.
All im saying about the cache is that it's small.Cache contains log only so BYOP. If you are at the coordinates you are on the right track.
