I generally stay away from caches that use the term vista, view, or overlook in their cache name. And, I don't usually go for caches that have more stars than the Big Dipper. So, maybe it isn't that kind of bluff.
It is really poopy to plant a cache with no hint and no size but you may know how I feel about micros.
So, try to have fun and good luck.
