Geocache Description:

Another historic E-people cache! Holy Cow, what a peaceful place! There’s a cool “Cache Cow” paperweight for first-to-find.

(6th in the "there-we-were" series.) There we were fresh from our trek through the outback, when we found ourselves reminiscing about ole’ Grandpappy E-people. Grandpappy was a tall drink of water, standing 6’8”. He would tell stories and they all began with, “I remember when the Old Brick Road was the major highway in these parts…” Grandpappy was a dairy farmer. He could get more milk out of his cows than any 20 farmers, and if the milk didn’t flow it was bar-b-q for supper! Now Grandpappy had a favorite heifer. She’d follow him everywhere; she was as loyal as a dog and earned Grandpappy more money than any of his other livestock. Now when Grandpappy passed on, she refused to leave his side. If you’re quiet and still you may hear her calming lowe of "moooo" echoing through the woods. This cache is dedicated to ole’ Bessie, Grandpappy’s “Cache Cow.”
