Geocache Description:

Cache is a yellow plastic container. It is located along a trail leading to a view point of Lower Myra Falls. It can be easily reached without ever leaving the trail. My GPS was a little jumpy under the tall timber, but the co-ordinates should put you within 8 metres or so.

Myra Falls is my favourite spot within Strathcona Park. Depending on the time of year you visit, the falls can be raging violently like today when we placed it, or appear as slender ribbons of water after the spring runoff. Every time I visit, the falls appear to be slightly different. Myra falls is a result of earthquake activity which has resulted in shifting of the earth's crust along fault lines, resulting in what we see today. The hint may help due to the jumpy GPS reception in the area.
