Union Launch Traditional Cache

This should be fairly easy, you won't even need a boat. You will need your own pencil. When I placed this, the sit was surrounded by water, but normally it is not. It is also above the high water level.
This is hidden at Union Reservoir, which is mislabeled on the following map as "Bull Run Lake." Bull Run Lake is actually about 5 miles north east of here.
