Geocache Description:

This cache is on the shore of Georgian Bay. You can see clear across to Wasaga Beach. It's a great area for bird watching.

When I placed the cache I saw a black crowned night heron, red-breasted megansers, common terns, spotted sandpipers, kildeer, mallard ducks, canada geese, song sparrows, red-wing blackbirds, bank swallows and lots of seagulls.

The cache is just off a trail which is part of the Collingwood Trails Network. If you'd like to explore more of our trails, pick up a free trail map at our Tourist Info Centre. Or online at www.collingwood.ca. It's free! Gratis! Bring a bike and spend the day... Currently, all of the geocaches in Collingwood can be reached by cycling along these trails.

Currently there is only one access point to this section of the trail. The trailhead is at N44 30.047 W080 10.950

New>> Please see waypoints below for coordinates for trailhead and parking suggestions.

The cache is a camo lock n' lock containter.
