The object of this cache is to practice principles used during the
GBES Navigational Rally. In addition to this cache there is a Route
Cache (GC1CCCA).

You do not have to run the practice route to log the caches.
Start timing as you leave the start point (N39 34.767 W119
44.533) in the Best Buy parking lot. Target Speed for this entire
route is 31 MPH. (Note: Drive 55 MPH in the 55 MPH zones, you
should make it up on slower roads and stop lights.)
Use the following points as route points N39 34.793 W119 44.675,
and N39 36.513 W119 43.951. Along the route stop and find the Rally
Practice Route Cache. 2 Minutes are factored into the total time to
find and log this cache.
Proceed to the parking lot at N39 36.347 W119 45.130. When you
arrive here note the time.
It should take you 9 Minutes from the time you leave Best Buy
until you park in the parking lot.
Walk to the posted cache coordinates, you will find a container
with coordinate printed on it. This will be a table in the rally,
where you will be given the coordinates for the final cache.
Do not enter the waypoints into your GPS, instead use the
latitude and longitude values displayed on your GPS. During the
Rally this will be a timed challange. More points are awarded for
finding the cache quickly.
