AGS - Helen Traditional Cache
angel06: Helen went MIA again!!! She and a few of the Mayberry crowd may have taken a trip, but didn't let me know where or when they would return. I'm opening up the area for any other cacher that may want to place a cache nearby. Thanks to all that have hunted for this one.

AGS = Andy Griffith Show which ran from 1960 through 1968. This series of caches are placed in a friendly town.
Helen Crump (portrayed by Aneta Corsaut) - Helen hails from Kansas and attended college in Kansas City. She majored in journalism. While working on her thesis on organized crime she went undercover as a gangster’s moll. She was arrested for carrying a gun, dealing cards in an illegal card game, and consorting with a known hoodlum. She was acquitted, but the arrest comes back to haunt her.
Helen resides in Mayberry and is employed as a schoolteacher.Unlike other Mayberry women, Helen has no special skills in the kitchen. An independent, self-sufficient, professional single woman, Helen is a wise and thoughtful character, occasionally, displaying a quick temper, who serves as the voice of reason on the show.
Andy and Helen have many pleasant social outings: they attend dances, picnic at Myers Lake, and double date with others (usually Barney fife and thelma Lou). The two have frequent disagreements, sudden jealousies, misunderstandings, and lover’s quarrels.
In the first episode of the Andy Griffith spinoff, Mayberry RFD, Andy and Helen marry. The couple move to Raleigh, NC, but return to Mayberry at a later date on Mayberry RFD to christen their newborn son, Andrew Samuel Taylor.
In 1986 Andy and Helen made appearances in the reunion telemovie, Return to Mayberry. In the telemovie, Andy has recently retired from the US Postal Inspection Service and returns to Mayberry to see Opie and his wife become first time parents.
This pill case is placed in a traditional way and may be considered a park and grab. There may be many muggles around at certain times of the day which may make it more difficult. Please bring your own writing instrument.
