NOTE: this is a puzzle cache. You may want to print the description and hints below and take them with you.
The coordinates will lead you to several signs that describe the layout of something large nearby. Use the signs to find the columns that hold up the "Quorum Park Site Plan" - section d1. (Occasionally the city will cover up some of the signs with a magnetic event poster, but it's easily removed and replaced after reading the sign.) The cache is at the base of one of those two columns. It's about the size of your fist, and not covered up by anything, but camouflaged to blend in with what's around it. There's room for a few small items inside. Enjoy!
