Come Cache Borrika With Me

First stop on this little adventure will take you to a plaque celebrating the Borrika School Sites. From this plaque you will need to work out the following:
S 35 01.ABC E 140 03.DEF

A = Number of the line the word Hall appears
B = Last digit in last year on the line where the Hall is minus the number of times 9 appears
C = The number that appears twice, but is greater than 3
D = The number that appears twice, but is less than 5
E = The number appearing the most times on the plaque
F = The number times the most frequent number appears

Now gather your new numbers and find the Hidden cache, please take care to hide it again. Holds a log book, small swaps, add to your calculation 2 to the las digit of each, it should be easy enough to spot.
