Geocache Description:

This is an ammo box placed near a really cool spot that I didn't know existed until the other day when I was garage saling! There was a first to find prize - found by Blimpo!!! Congratulations!

This spot is near Trudeau Institute and has a really nice view of lower Saranac Lake. You can drive right down to the very edge and it is paved! It looks like it would be a really nice spot to have lunch/picnic, fish or swim. I know my dog Harley will like this spot once it gets warmer out!

Also, a cool piece of info: off to the left is Crescent Bay Marina owned by Don Duso. In 1944, Don actually saved Albert Einstein from drowning on his sailboat!!! See the article at (visit link) just scroll down - he is the 4th person on the list. Pretty neat!
