This cache is placed with permission. This area is ALWAYS full of muggles, especially around 8 am and again at 4 PM Monday-Friday, so EXTREME STEALTH IS REQUIRED. It is accessable 24/7, and the security guards are well aware of the cache placement. It's quite safe to cache here, even at 3 am. If security ask what you are doing let them know.
