So every year a gang of men and I head north to a cabin in the
woods for a few days of fishing the rough and tumble waters between
Sudbury and Timmins. One such body of water is substantially
difficult to find access to, then even more difficult to get into,
and finally difficult to reach once you're there. That said, if you
make it in (bring a fishing pole) you're in for some incredible
views and a great experience.
Cache Contents: The cache is a glass coffee grounds
bottle and contains only a log book and two prizes for first and
second to find. There is no pencil; it was a last
minute decision to place this cache and I didn't have a pencil with
me, bring your own!
Best of luck, I hope the few of you that may find it enjoy it.
Incidentally, if you're making the trip in you'll be in the market
for trout, pike, whitefish, pickerel, and bass. So I've noticed the
map provided points us towards .. nothing. So in the interest of
ensuring you're full aware highlight the following text if you want
specifics regarding where this cache is located: An island inside Welcome Lake, accessible via Welcome
River or fly-in, located roughly 30km west of Lady
Evelyn-Smoothwater Provincial Park.
