Bison tube

While I was in the area today I saw this place needed a cache to bring tribute to Tubby Blue. Who this guy was I don't know but there is a memorial here for him so I think everyone should come see it. You are searching for a bison tube of sorts hidden in an easy spot to find. Please replace the container as you found it so others may enjoy the hunt.
