This is my first placed cache. It is near a path that links two housing areas together and used by some MAX commuters and dog walkers. It is a green utility belt container. When it rains heavily it may be accessed from the southern housing area only since the water maybe above the bridge level.
Starting goodies are:

Miller lite ESPN pin (sorry but the batteries are dead)
