The first waypoint is for parking and a date which you will see
to the left of the main entrance to the centre.
Make a note of the numbers as: August AB 19CD.
From here walk up the lane to the next waypoint where you will
see big metal gates across the lane. Turn right here and follow the
path to the next waypoint where you need to find a small container
which has the values for EFG & H. This path goes
alongside the pitches of the Plymouth Argaum Rugby club which is
one of the oldest Rugby Clubs in the South West being founded in
1887.
You now have the values for the letters and the cache can be
found at:
N50° 26.(G-F)(B-D)H W004°
05.(C-F)C(A+E+H)
You can follow paths right to the cache, first by going down the
side of the field to the plantation then going straight on the path
as you enter it. There is no need to leave the path as it curves
around through 90° as it follows the wall line. Once the cache is
found you can continue along the path to the corner where you will
find another track which goes back up and joins the original path
you started on.
Being in a wood, you may find reception is poor but I have uploaded
a spoiler picture which will help and if your GPSr really doesn't
like tree cover, there are several exits into the field where you
can get a fix in the clear.
The cache contains the usual log book/pen and also a selection
of trades, mostly new. Please trade even to make it fair on future
visitors, thank you.
