Geocache Description:

The first of my Desert Island Discs caches

Ocean Rain by Echo and the Bunnymen is such a great album. Ian McCulloch’s voice blends so perfectly with the music and tone of the songs. It’s impressive that none of the music is synthesized and there’s a great balance of orchestration. After listening to this one through I feel much the same as I do when I finish re-reading a favorite book.

The hike to the cache is about 2.75 miles one way on a great trail, about 1400 very steady elevation. If it wasn't part of the series it could have been called "What a pine view" or something like that.
