Located in Hurst Copse, a short conservation walk in beautiful woodland.
Footpath can be muddy, not suitable for push-chairs. Continues in semi-circle back to main bridleway.
Points of interest - Fernhill Ice House, dating from 1790, Fernhill Estate woodland burial ground.
Refreshments can be enjoyed at the Sloop Inn; it is about 45 minutes round trip from here.
