Located across from State Patrol Barracks on WV Rt 2, New
Cumberland WV
This cache is located near the newly constructed deck at Clearview
Park. The city of New Cumberland WV has built this deck for the
scenic overlook at the County owned Park. Below you are the New
Cumberland Locks and Dam and the Power Generating Plant At Stratton
OH. At the time of this posting, the energy plant is constructing
new anti pollution equipment estimated at about $400 million
dollars. There are also hiking loop trails winding around the
hillsides
