The title is a nod to the name of the lock flight. The cache container is disguised and the inner pot is only large enough to hold a logbook.
Finding this cache involves walking the towpath beside the locks.

The Fosse-icking Around series fills the last gap so that there is now a cache at every lock from the lowest point on this section of the canal at Radford Bottom lock (Trains and Boats and......) to the top of the Stockton Flight (Top Shop 1).
