Geocache Description:

You are looking for a small plastic container that is actually a plastic drink bottle that has not been formed yet. It looks like a test tube with a cap on it. There is a pen inside that should work.

This is easy to get to and easy to park near. It is totally handicap accessible; in fact the park is made just for those with special physical needs. Ralph Waldo Emerson wrote “Truth is the summit of being; justice is the application of it to affairs.” This cache is to replace Truth is the Summit. There were just too many junior muggles there and that one was muggled. I imagine there may be practice taking place here when softball is in season. Send the Kids to the playground and sneak off for this one.
