Geez Louise! Coyote Crossing III Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Seek2FindMe: Over 25% of my caches have gone missing recently. There seems to be a negative trend here, somewhat suspicious. I've tried to give cachers a choice of large enough caches to hold swag and trackables. The ones missing have mostly been placed out of the way of casual muggle presence. I've decided to free up the areas where the caches were located and let someone else have them. Maybe "sign-on byop" caches is what needs to be placed. Sorry....on many levels. Thanks for your interest and positive support. ~Cache Owner

Geocache Description:

CHANGED 2/11/09. Drive to within about 20 feet. Park on road. No need to enter hospital grounds or trespass on the tree nursery property.

UPDATED / MOVED / COORDINATES CHANGED 2/11/2009 thanks to disappearance of original cache container. Thanks so much to "wanzong" for the offer to re-establish this cache after it went missing!

This is still Accessible from road. Container is now smallish I tried to keep a large container available for all kinds of swag & trackables. Probably not possible in new hiding place. If you are looking for a nearby TB drop, visit GC1GNC2 Mel's Chicken Pot Pie, across the highway from this location.

Access could be considered wheelchair accessible. Guess it depends on the agility of the user if the hide is wheelchair friendly.

If you've been in this area for a while you know that when this medical facility was built it was a race to see which of 2 hospitals (15 miles apart) would open first, and be most successful. This was the original St. Louise Hospital. It now goes by another name and is used as a medical building rather than as a hospital.

In the name, Coyote Crossing does not refer to the many crossings of nearby Coyote Creek if you go hiking or trail riding. Nor does it refer to crossing Coyote Golf Course, or Coyote Trails, or any number of nearby "coyote" references. In fact, when I was scoping out the location, sitting in my truck, I looked into the rearview mirror in time to see the biggest, fluffiest, most handsome coyote I have ever seen sauntering across the road less than 20 feet away.

CONGRATULATIONS to FTF "goodlife" on another successful find!

Please be sure to put container back in the hiding space as good or better than the way you find it. Happy Trails! Enjoy!
