Battle of Kernstown Mystery Cache

The cache originally was a small container with a log sheet and some coins I have picked up on my travels around the world.
It is now a micro with no swag.

This is a simple cache if you read the information.

All of the clues are within 100m of the starting point.

7. Year the Daughters of the Revolution erected a memorial to dedicated to the fallen of Revolutionary War including names of the only 7 of the fallen identified. F _ _ N

8. An 1877 painting depicts the ruin of a stone church burned this year.... _ I _ _

If you read the signs and walk around the spot you should be able to pick this one up quickly.

I have wanted to place a cache close to this battle ground for a while but it only has limited access.
This spot is open all year round.

Be kind to the site, there is no need or reason to touch the wall now: 3-20-22.

THE CACHE IS NOT IN THE BIRDHOUSE!!!!! (that used to be here) It seems an old cache has fooled some and I don't have the heart to reject their finds.
