A beautiful hike on a Landmark Red Rock Sandstone formation in one of the wests most scenic areas. Our personal favorite hike. Popular tourist area so travel bugs should frequent the "resort" often. Moderate to semi-tough hike and oh-so-worth-it! ENJOY!!
The cache is a metal, hinged, camouflaged, container with a snap lid. It is well concealed. You will be required to pay a daily use/parking fee for this area. It is a great hike with amazing vistas so bring your camera and a bottle of water. Watch for muggles both below and above you. Please seal the zip lock bag and conceal the cache completely as this is an exclusive resort and muggles are not welcome. Continue a short distance to the top of Cathedral Rock, a locally known vortex, and drink in the views of the Verde Valley before you and Sedona behind you. Take a moment to connect with nature and this magnificent vortex.
