Geocache Description:

New Barnet owes its conception to the building of the Great Northern Railway in 1850, when a station serving Barnet was built, so that this 'new' area quickly saw development. The Station Road and East Barnet Road connect Barnet to East Barnet, this is where you will find the New Barnet War Memorial. Public houses nearby are The Railway Tavern, The Railway Bell (Wetherspoons), The Builders Arms, The Lord Kitchener. The Railway Bell being the closest to the cache.

This cache is a standard micro with a log and pencil, at the time of placing it, it also had a TB Coin and a (V Small) swap.
