Geocache Description:


I just wanted to have a cache in old downtown Jacksonville. This used to be the place where all the business existed when I was a kid. When Wal-Mart came in, downtown struggled to keep the buildings full. The parking lot just down the street from this hiding spot is where one of the old buildings burned down. I remember lots of people going down there to watch the fire department put it out. I remember thiking that there was no way the other buildings could be saved but they did it. This one will likely require some stealth if you hunt it during the day. After 5PM you probably have as much time as you need. The container is a magnetic keyholder. Have fun!!
