Midwinter Xmas party
psychrn from the Waikato is coming to the Nelson region for a
caching holiday and wants to meet y'all, so psychrn is putting on
an event with beltfamily to make it all happen.
Where: 15 Otia Drive, Richmond (or use the coordinates
posted.)
When: Sunday 20 July, from 11am for a BBQ lunch mid-winter Xmas
caching party until it fizzles out...
Requirements:
- Bring a "$2 Shop" secret Santa present, all wrapped up, with a
mark so you will know not to pick your own (or perhaps to pick your
own
) for our "Secret Santa" presents.
If you pick something child friendly (please) that might end
up in a cache as a swap, then everyone will be happy.
(Suggestions: carabiner(s), lanyards, key rings, pack of
pencil sharpners, pencils, etc) , one for each of you that
are attending. So if you are coming with your partner and
two children, you need to have four presents all wrapped
up.
- Nelson area locals are asked to bring: BYO drink/booze as well
as some kind of side-dish that will go with a BBQ lunch (BBQ
sausages, bread, sauce, provided). Also bring your own
meat/fish/tofu/whatever if Pestell's Rai Valley sausages is not
'your thing'.
Provided for all will be sufficient sausages, bread, sauce,
(plastic) plates, cups and nibbles.
- Non-locals are asked just to provide their own drinks (BYO
booze).
