Wheelchair access to the well but not the cache.
This is one place we have wanted to have as a Cache since we started Geocaching.We hope it brings as much pleasure to all other cachers as it did to us when we first visited it.There is a small car park provided in the farm for visitors and it is only a few yards to the Well from here. Suitable for wheelchair and disabled acccess. The view from the car park is also very nice looking across a valley to the striking Kit Hill.Beautiful stained glass window in the farmhouse depicting the Well.For more information on Dupath Well we suggest you visit the website called Legendary Dartmoor, this has very good pictures. In order to find the cache you will have to note the two dates on the seat at the well. The first date represents ABCD and the second date EFGH.Cache can be found at N50. CB.[B-A][B-H][A+D] W004.A[B-E].B[E+H][B-D] DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS CACHE IN DARKNESS DUE TO THE WELL BEING IN A FARMYARD AS THIS MAY CAUSE A WORRY TO THE TENANTS.Enjoy your visit.
