Geocache Description:

A.H.T.I.T.O.T. - A Hot Time In the Old Town #2

A second cache along the newly cut fire line in Cool. Dedicated to all the firefighters who stopped the fire on May 22, 2008... and in the process saved all (but one)of the geocaches in the CCL.

A rubbermaid container close to the new fire line trail. You will need to enter the burned area to access this cache. Wear old shoes and bring hand wipes. The new fire line trail is accessible from one of the well-used trails.

Parking is available at the Fire Station in Cool (rather appropriate, don't you think?). This area is the trailhead for all the trails in the Pointed Rocks/Ohlmstead Loop area. Do not try to access this cache from turnouts on Highway 49.
