Geocache Description:

I used to walk my dog Panda on this trail. In his memory, my first cache is named Panda’s Path. Please leash and clean up after your dogs if they come along!!

The Lefferson Creek Trail is a linear park on Promontory Hillside. It can be accessed at several trailheads depending on how much or little of a work out you would prefer.

Linear Parks are designed to preserve and protect existing streams. They provide habitat for birds and native plants and some forest respite for those who like to go for a quiet walk.

The trail is well used by local folk of all ages. Of course, small boys love it & claim it as their own!! One boy erected a recycled “private property” sign in the middle of the creek in the hope of keeping everyone away!!
You will have to be wary of small boys and other muggles when retrieving the cache!!

Please rehide the cache exactly as you found it.
The cache is a small camoed container that fits nicely into its hideyhole.
There is an FTF, log book & pencil & a few trading items. Please trade fairly!!
