Located on the eastern shore of the Providence River. The posted co-ords are bogus. You will have to answer the questions to get the correct co-ords. I didn't have any lighthouse related items but any lighthouse themed swag would be appropriate.

Pomham Rocks Light is a beautifully restored lighthouse that sits on a rock at the entrance to the port of Providence RI. Unfortunately, unless you have a boat or ride the East Bay Bike Path, you'll never see this gem on Narragansett Bay. I've placed a cache here to bring cachers to view a lighthouse that they would, most likely, never see. This is a mystery cache. You will have to fill in the missing numbers from information you can find online about the lighthouse.

The lighthouse went into operation Dec. C, 18B1.
The first light-keeper, C H Salisbury, died in 189F.
In 19E9 the light was upgraded with the installation of
a fourth order lens.
The parking co-ords are for the closest parking. It is right on the bike path in Riverside. Follow the bike path north. Once you clear the underpass you will start to see the bay on your left. Look for the lighthouse. When you've gone far enough to get a clear view of the light start looking for a path to the shore. I placed it at about half tide. It may not be accessible at, or around, high tide unless you want to get your feet wet. Please re-hide as found. The way I have it set up it should stay put in any big storm although it's well above the high tide line. Muggles will be plentiful, especially now with the good weather. The cache is out of view of the bike path and if you search from shore you should be unobserved because the foliage.
